If you find yourself in Carrollwood at lunchtime, try any of these places to get something great to eat. No matter what you like, you can find it in Carrollwood.

Michael’s Grill

At lunch, you want good food that doesn’t leave you feeling heavy and fast service that gives you time to eat before it’s time to go back to work. Michael’s Grill offers that and decent prices with plenty of unique menu options. Try the She-Crab Bisque or Shrimp Quinoa Bowl for something a little different. If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, The Mikey is a good choice - grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, Provolone cheese and pesto on a Kaiser roll.

Simply Pho

If you’re looking for something other than the traditional sandwich or burger for lunch, Simply Pho is a family-owned restaurant sharing their take on Vietnamese cuisine. They serve Pho, a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup, several different ways but if you’re not in the mood for soup, they’ve got noodle, rice, and fried rice platters to try, too.

When you really want a burger and shake without a lot guilt or if you care how your food is grown, raised, and prepared, EVOS is a great option. They don’t deep fry, they AirBake.™ Their milkshakes are made from organic milk and sugar. Their meat is humanely raised. They care about the food they serve. You can try the EVOS Original Steakburger (or get it with cheese and bacon) or go for the Chopped Steak Taco Wrap. Finish your lunch with a milkshake or a fruitshake, made with fruit and fruit juices.

Ledo Pizza

Sometimes what you want is a slice of pepperoni pizza for lunch. Ledo Pizza is the place to go. If you’re feeling really generous, you can get a whole pizza and take it back to the office. If pizza isn’t your thing, get a sub sandwich like the Ledo Steak and Cheese or Meatball and Cheese, but you might need a nap when you’re done.

Carrollwood Cafe & Deli

There are times when you want a big sandwich and a pickle, like you had back in the day. Head over to Carrollwood Cafe & Deli. Get the Wall Street Reuben with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on fresh Jewish rye, the BLT, or if you’re feeling nostalgic, try a chicken or tuna salad platter.
